Exchange and Refund Policy
Please find details regarding the return and refund policies for Sketch Co. below. We encourage you to leave an email to [email protected] regarding your experience requesting a return or refund from Sketch Co. ( in-store / online ) so others can benefit from what you learned.
In-Store Purchases
Strictly No Refunds
- No cash refunds or credit back to credit cards
Exchange
- Sketch Co will happily exchange items within 7 days from the original purchase date. Items should be in new condition, unworn, unaltered, and free of damage by the customers.
- Items must be returned with all Sketch Co. Tags still attached and with the original receipt.
- Items can be exchanged in any of our retail store within the time and all conditions above should be met.
- If items are given as a gift, please write the invoice number on the product tag.
Discounted items
- Discounted items cannot be exchanged again.
Final Sale Items
- Undergarments, Fashion Accessories (Cosmetics), Swimwear, Gift Cards, and E-Cards are all Final Sale Items & cannot be returned or exchanged.

If you have purchased a product online at Sketch Co. website ( www.sketch-co.com), you may return it at one of their stores, provided you have your receipt. They can only process an exchange if you return it in-store. You will not get a refund.
If you are returning an item because what you received was defective or the incorrect one, you may return it at Sketch Co. store based at No 452, Galle Rd, Ambalangoda. for an exchange or store credit.
Cancellation Policy

Sketch Co reserves the right to cancel any order without providing reasons or explanation for the same, if under the prevailing circumstances, the requirement cannot be met. However, Sketch Co. will ensure that any such cancellation will be communicated and notified to the customer and that any refund, if applicable will be made to the customer within a reasonable period of time.
